Blackberry/Lavender is one of my all-time combinations. Blackberry, which has a tart taste, is well balanced with Lavender with the sweetness. Now combine that with some greek yogurt into a popsicle. Yeah. That's this.

This is an amazing macro-friendly snack & dessert idea as it is low fat and has a bit of protein, all while being extremely delicious! Hope you enjoy 💜
Blackberry & Honey Lavender Popsicles
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours
Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup oat milk
2 tsp culinary grade lavender
2 cups low fat greek yogurt
1 tbsp & 1 tsp of honey (separated)
2 cups blackberries
Directions
In a small sauce pot, add oat milk and bring to a boil. Then, add in lavender and steep for 10 minutes. Strain the lavender and let this milk mixture completely cool. Then, add in a bowl with greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, and whisk to combine.
In a blender, add blackberries, 1 tsp honey, and blend till creamy.
To make swirled popsicles, add one spoon of blended blackberry then one spoon of lavender yogurt. Keep adding 1 spoon alternating till you reach the top. To create the swirl, take a popsicle stick and dip it into the popsicle mold two-three times so the mixtures organically blend. Put mold into the freezer for one hour and thirty minutes, then take out and add in popsicle sticks.
Freeze the molds for the rest of the time and remove after the freeze time to thaw. To thaw, either set it on the counter and the popsicle will naturally melt. The alternate method is to take a butter knife, stick in between the molds to loosen, and the popsicles will easily come out.
