Ever had a bad morning that started off with a pillowy soft French Toast?

I have been making French toast for a while but realized the secret to making them fluffy is the flour! Sometimes I’ll even put in bananas into this recipe, it turns out so good. This is such an easy recipe and is ready in under 20 minutes! Enjoy!
Fluffy French Toast
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 cup whole milk
Pinch of salt
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1-2 cinnamon sticks
Cooking spray/butter to spread on the pan
1 loaf of Brioche bread
I started off whisking 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup milk together, then added a pinch of salt, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, and a cinnamon stick. I heated up my pan with some coconut oil cooking spray and while that’s warming up on medium heat (not medium high) - I soaked my Brioche bread in the mixture for 10 seconds on each side. After it’s done soaking, I transferred it to the pan to cook on both sides till a nice crispy brown color. Then, plate accordingly! I topped mine off with fresh strawberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk flour and milk together. Then, add salt, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon.
Heat up you ran with cooking spray on medium heat. Soak the 1-2 slices of bread in the mixture for 10 seconds. After you soak, transfer to the pan to cook on both sides till you get a golden toast.
Top off with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey!
Notes
Make sure the heat does not go above medium, else the bread will brown too fast!
