Mango & Coconut Chia Seed Layered Puddings

How delectable are these Mango & Coconut Chia Seed Layered Puddings! They are completely vegan, and completely delicious!

These can be made the night before or made the morning of, with couple hours in the fridge. They make for a perfect snack or breakfast on the go idea.

Mango & Coconut Chia Seed Puddings

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: Overnight + 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes and overnight


Ingredients

1/2 cup Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk

2 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/2 cup mangos - frozen

1-2 spoons of coconut yogurt

Garnish - fresh mangoes, coconut flakes, slivered almonds


Directions

  1. In a small jar, add in almond milk with chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Prep mangoes by chopping them up in the food processor.

  3. For the layers, add in two jars: 1 layer of coconut yogurt, 1 layer of chia pudding, and a spoon of the mango bits.Repeat 2-3 times depending on how much you want of each. To serve, add some mangoes, coconut flakes, some slivered almonds.
