Say hello to my Kiwi Jam! Sooo.. Kiwi Jam is something I never thought I needed, but once I made it, I got annoyed that it took 24 years to taste this! Y’all this was super easy to make and tasted SO delish. It is perfect on a slice of toast in the mornings or a great midday snack.

Just a note, this might be considered preservatives, and not jam, depending on what one considers goes into creating jams. Because I didn’t use pectin, it isn’t as thick of a consistency as jam (it does solidify once cooled down) and some might not consider it a true ‘jam’. However, some schools of thoughts consider fruit and sugar boiled + simmered to be jam so lmao idk. I think it’s still jam!

Hope you enjoy!
Eggless Marble Cake
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
5-6 kiwis
1/8 cup of sugar
Juice from 1-2 limes
Directions
Cut your kiwis into small cubes, or finer.
In a small pot, add kiwis, sugar, and lime juice. Bring this to a boil then simmer for 40 minutes and stir every couple minutes.
Transfer to an air tight jar and let it cool completely or else it’ll be runny. Once it’s cooled, you’re in business.
