This beautiful creamy smoothie bowl is a great healthy breakfast or mid-day snack idea.

You know those smoothies you might get at a supermarket or at a mall that are just taste so good? Yeah.. So, those are most likely filled with artificial sugars and sweeteners, and aren't healthy for you. That's one of the biggest reasons I love making my food at home and taking it out wherever I go. I know that I'm not adding any BS to my food, and I can make it taste the way I want it to using the ingredients I choose, you know? If it tastes bad, it's on me LOL.
This smoothie bowl is filled with fresh fruits and packed with great antioxidants. It is incredibly healthy for you, while still being delicious! Enjoy 💜
